Job Description General Description:

The Housekeeping Position is primarily responsible for ensuring the exceptional cleanliness of the guest suites and public spaces.

Basic Criteria: Must be friendly, hardworking, and able to stand, bend, and lift for long periods of time. Housekeeping background preferred.

Essential Job Functions:
1. Uphold and abide by the employment 'Best Practices' of the Hotel Donaldson and successfully complete the Housekeeping training program.
2. Clean each suite to the high standard of cleanliness and detail held at the Hotel Donaldson.
3. Communicate effectively with Guest Service teammates for rooms to be inspected.
4. Additional building cleaning projects as needed.

Qualification Standards:
1. Ability to attend to guest needs in a friendly, fun, professional manner.
2. Mobility is required during the entire shift, up to 6 hours.
3. Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel, and have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
4. Promote and practice safety standards at all times.
5. Practice being efficient and detail-oriented
